I bless you, my children, as
the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.
MESSAGE OF DECEMBER 8th 1983. FIRST
SATURDAY OF MONTH
AT PRADO NUEVO DE EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)
COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES
My children, I keep on saying: prayer and penance. I promised
that all those who visit the Holy Sacrament every day and go to confession on
first Saturdays of month and take the communion and say the holy rosary, I
promised, my children, I would preserve them against the fire of Hell. Now, my
children, I am going to promise you, my children, that all those who fulfill
these things will go to the Purgatory but not to suffer the hardships of
Purgatory for they will go to the celestial abodes directly.
That is why I say, my
children, I ask you: sacrifice and penance, my children.
I bless you, my children, as
the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.
Raise all your objects, all
will be blessed… All these objects are blessed, my children. All the people
here have been blessed, my children.
I will leave this place
saying, my children: sacrifice, you hardly make sacrifices, my children,
together with prayer. Without sacrifice and prayer you won’t get to the abodes,
my children.
Goodbye, my children, goodbye!
COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES
December 3rd 1983
“My
children, I keep on saying: prayer and penance. I promised that all those who
visit the Holy Sacrament every day and go to confession on first Saturdays of
month and take the communion and say the holy rosary, I promised, my children,
I would preserve them against the fire of Hell. Now, my children, I am going to
promise you, my children, that all those who fulfill these things will go to
the Purgatory but not to suffer the hardships of Purgatory for they will go to
the celestial abodes directly.”

This is one of the extraordinary promises made by Our
Lady at Prado Nuevo during her apparition in El Escorial. Along History, God’s
Mother has made her faithful beautiful promises. We will remember some of them:

The scapular: The Virgin of
El Carmen gave it to saint Simon Stock and promised him, “Take, beloved son, this scapular of thy Order as a badge of my
confraternity, and for thee and for all Carmelites, a sign of grace. Whoever
dies in this garment will not suffer everlasting fire.” Late She added, “it shall be a sign of salvation, a protection in danger and a pledge of peace.
Whosoever dies wearing this Scapular shall not suffer eternal fire”.

The Rosary: it is Mary’s favourite prayer (“…it
is my Heart’s favourite prayer”) (2)as She said in a
message at Prado Nuevo. With respect to this precious prayer, The Blessed Virgin promised the blessed
Alanus of la Roche:
1. Who can serve my constantly reciting the Rosary, receive some special grace
2. To all who devoutly recite my Rosary I promise my special protection and
great graces.
3. The Rosary will be very powerful weapon against hell,
destroy the vices, the sin will dissipate and reduce the heresies.
4. The Rosary will bloom again the virtues and holy
works, to the souls will attain copiosissime mercies
of God, and pull people's hearts from the vain
5. How many souls will be saved with this form! The soul that is recommended
to me with the rosary not perish.
6. Anyone who reads the Holy Rosary devoutly with the consideration of its sacred
mysteries, will not be oppressed by the catastrophe, will not be punished by
the justice of God, not of sudden death perish: but if you convert a sinner,
and because if you keep it right, and will be fact worthy of eternal life.
7. True devotees of my Rosary shall not die without the Blessed Sacrament.
8. I wish that those who recite my Rosary in their lives and in death they
have the fullness of grace, in life and in death is
eligible to participate in the merits of the Blessed of Heaven.
9. I open every day from Purgatory souls devoted to my Rosary.
10.
True children of my Rosary
will enjoy great glory in Heaven.
11.
All you ask me by my Rosary,
You get.
12.
Those who propagate my Rosary
will be rescued by me from all their needs.
13.
I have obtained from my Divine
Son that all members of the Confraternity of the Rosary, may have as their
brethren the heavenly court in life and in death.
14.
Those who recite my Rosary are
my sons and brothers to my only Son Jesus Christ.
15.
Devotion to my Rosary is a
great sign of predestination.
There are
lots of promises to add to these we have commented here (the Miraculous Medal,
the Three Hail Maries, etc.). In this message of December 3rd 1983
Our Lady asks just a few things to get to the greatness of Heaven (“they will go to the celestial abodes directly”):
1. Visit the Holy Sacrament every day
2. Confess on first Saturdays of month
3. Take Communion that day
4. Say the Holy Rosary (it is understood that it
should be everyday)
If we
fulfill these practices Our Lady promises we “will go to the Purgatory but not to
suffer the hardships of Purgatory for they will go to the celestial abodes
directly.” This is a great
promise!
We could think that fulfilling these four requirements
is enough to save ourselves. However, Our Lady in this same message says “without sacrifice and penance you won’t get
to the celestial abodes, my children”, which means that those pious
practices should lead us to a special Kind of
life according to our beliefs; if a soul usually practices them with
devotion, they will help him to persevere and get to Heaven.

This time, Luz Amparo utters
the blessing with a great difficulty, caused by her delicate health; some of
the words are no understood clearly. When she says “poor dying people”, she
refers to “the faithful departed”; that is to say to those souls in the
Purgatory, who need our prayers so much. In this sense, they are poor indeed,
because they cannot reduce their hardships by themselves to get to the
celestial abodes.
