 MESSAGE OF NOVEMBER 6th 1983

AT PRADO NUEVO OF EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)

 

(While people were saying the holy Rosary, Luz Amparo, in ecstasy, sees souls going out of Purgatory while Our Lady describes it in this short message.)

OUR LADY:

Look, my child, there are lots of souls going out of Purgatory in beams of light, thanks to your prayers.

 

COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES

November 6th 1983

 

“Look, my child, there are lots of souls going out of Purgatory in beams of light, thanks to your prayers.” (Our Lady)

 

These few words cannot be considered a message… She shows Luz Amparo a beautiful vision of souls going out of Purgatory, as Our Lady says. It is a result of pilgrims’ prayers; a grace given by Our Lady in the month dedicated to the deceased, which should encourage us to persevere in prayer.

Luz Amparo sees a brightness and a whiteness that show the cleanliness and perfection of a purified soul, who being cleaned from any stain or sin can enter the celestial abodes, as impurities cannot go through Heaven’s door. The Book of Revelation reminds us of the fact that “the holy city, the new Jerusalem” (Rev 21, 2): “Nothing unclean may come into it: no one who does what is loathsome or false, but only those who are listed in the Lamb's book of life.” (Rev 21, 27)

OUR LADY:

I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses you by means of the Son and with the Holy Spirit, my children. I only ask you, my children, prayer and sacrifice to save your souls.

You my child, offer yourself to Jesus Christ to make amends for all world’s sins.

Prayer and sacrifice, my children.

 

(It is remarkable the fact that before the fourth mistery, Luz Amparo said, “The Virgin has marked all those who weren’t marked with a cross on their forefronts)

 

COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES

November 12th 1983

 

“I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses you by means of the Son and with the Holy Spirit, my children. I only ask you, my children, prayer and sacrifice to save your souls.”

 

The Virgin insists again in this other short message in the most repeated words at Prado Nuevo: prayer and sacrifice. As “sacrifice” is similar to “penance” or mortifications”, we could say with the classic author that“---------- (1)

My child, pray to My Immaculate Heart because It will help you; it will triumph over all Humankind. Ask God for the conversion of sinners.

COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES

November 19th 1983

 

“My child, pray to My Immaculate Heart because It will help you; it will triumph over all Humankind. Ask God for the conversion of sinners.

I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.

Goodbye, my children, goodbye.” (Our Lady)

 

In this third short message The Virgin offers her Immaculate Heart to help and comfort us; it will also triumph over all Humankind. How? Surely, not forcing anyone or at any price, which is not Mary’s way, Our Lord’s humble slave. Mary’s Immaculate Heart will triumph over souls by means of love; therefore, it will mainly be a spiritual triumph.  The preface of the Mass in her memory summarizes perfectly Her Heart’s feelings and virtues, a Heart that treasured all these things and pondered them in her heart (Lk 2, 19):

·         It is wise because She understood as any other creature the meaning of the Scriptures and kept the remembrance of all the words and things related to the mystery of salvation.

·         Immaculate, without any stain of sin.

·         Docile because She was obedient to God’s wil.

·         New, covered with Jesus Christ’s grace,  as the old Ezequiel prophecy says, “I shall give you a new heart, and put a new spirit in you” (Ez 36, 26)

·         Humble , “…learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart” (Mt 11, 29)

·         Simple, without double intentions, hypocrisy or falsehood, and full of the Spirit of the Truth.

·         Pure, to see God. “Blessed are the pure in heart: they shall see God” (Mt 5, 8)

·         Steadfast to accept God’s will; for example, when Simeon told her that a sword would pierce her soul (Lk2, 35), when her Son was prosecuted or died.

·         Ready, as the beloved in the Song of Songs said “I sleep, but my heart is awake”.  Likewise, whereas Christ was in the sepulcher, The Virgin was awake waiting her Son’s Resurrection.
