Luz Amparo has not been able to communicate
Our Lady’s blessing these months because of her delicate health. However, let
us remember some of the Virgin’s words: “All those who come to this place will be
blessed” (The Virgin, June 7th 1986). “Come to this place, there will be always
graces” (Our Lord, December 7th 1991).
MESSAGE 14TH APRIL 1984
AT PRADO NUEVO OF EL
ESCORIAL (MADRID)
Our Lady:
My child, sacrifice and penance
are really valuable these days.
Meditate
upon Christ, my children; Christ dying for all Humankind. Your charity must
come from your hearts, not from your lips, my children. You can help Christ
carry the Cross, my children. The Cross is for all those who accept it humbly,
my children.
My child,
you must be humble and you must offer yourself as a victim for the salvation of
souls, as I’ve told you before.
Kiss the ground, my child,
as an act of penance…
My child, this act of
penance is good for the salvation of souls; that’s why I ask you sacrifice, my
children: sacrifice together with prayer.
If a beggar knocks your door
any of these days, receive him with love, my children; your charity should come
from your heart. He could be Jesus Christ as a beggar to test your charity, my
children.
Look, my child, look at My
Heart; you haven’t seen it for a long time. It’s full of thorns for all
consecrated souls, for all those who don’t fulfill their vows. Take one thorn
away, my child, the one in the centre of my Heart… pull,
pull my child! My Heart suffers because men don’t stop offending God.
Drink some drops from the Chalice of Sorrow,
my child. These days are very important for Humankind. If they made sacrifice,
if Humankind…lots of people would save their souls. Take the chalice, my
child…it’s very bitter, my child, as well as My Heart, which feels bitterness
for men’s sins.
My child, I told you that
the chalice was almost over. My child…Only a few drops are left! And when it’s
over, there will be a Punishment on all Humankind, it will be horrible, my
child.
So I ask you, my child: say
the holy Rosary; I wish you prayed the three parts offering them for the
salvation of souls.
Hell is horrible, my
children. If some of you think that it doesn’t exist, it is a lie, my children.
If someone told you God is merciful and He will not punish you…God is mercy and
love, my children… but for those who ask for the forgiveness of their guilt.
Therefore, my children,
sacrifice, my children. I say it with all my Heart: sacrifice! Help save
those souls who don’t want to receive My Heart’s grace.
Kiss the ground again, my
child, for consecrated souls; My Heart loves them so much! They give nothing in
return! All this is good for these poor souls, my child. Pray for them, my
children. They are weak and the shrewd demon darkens their minds. I said it
before, my children: he shows them a path of pleasures to conquer their souls.
My children! You can help so
many souls my children; lots of souls condemn themselves because no one, no one
remembers to say a prayer for them!
I keep on saying: make
sacrifices and be humble, my children.
I’ll bless you … through the
Son and with the Holy Spirit (the
following word cannot be understood as Luz Amparo is
very tired)
My children, these days I`ll
give you a special blessing.
Raise all your objects; all
these objects have been blessed…

COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES
APRIL 14TH 1984

Meditating on Jesus Christ
Passion is so good for our souls! Lots of souls feel sorrow and repent from
their guilt by watching an image of Jesus crucified! Lots of graces are poured
on souls when beautiful images of the Passion are carried in processions along
our streets!
“Your charity must come from your hearts” is what Saint Paul advises us in his letter to the Romans: “Let love be without any pretence.
Avoid what is evil; stick to what is good. In brotherly love let your feelings
of deep affection for one another come to expression and regard others as more
important than yourself. In service of the Lord, work not halfheartedly but
with conscientiousness and eager spirit. Be joyful in hope, persevere in
hardship; keep praying regularly; share with any God’s holy people who are in
need; look for opportunities to be hospitable”.[1]

In a preaching about almsgiving,
saint Bernadine of Siena said, “When a beggar knocks your door begging for the
sake of God, welcome him cheerfully. Thus, your words, your heart, your
countenance and your eagerness will show that your present is being given joyfully.
A word when you give money comforts more than what you may think“
This charity ideal is
reflected in one of Luz Amparo’s words dedicated to the sisters “Reparadoras de la Virgen de los
Dolores” to encourage them to live their vocation of service:
“…To be true, love must
stand on Christ. Be kin them, for kindness leads to holiness. May your hearts be
happy to make the sad happy (…).
We should not think only of
the food we give, but also the love they need.
Do you want to improve? Be
affectionate and kind with those who suffer (…).
Young girls, who have left
everything for the others, keep your charity and joy to make them happy”.
Resembling the poor, the
beggar, the one who suffers…with Jesus Christ is what the Gospel encourages us:
“And the King will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you did this to one of the
least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me”[2] All
saints have practiced it. Saint Camille of Lellis saw
in the sick “Christ so alive that lots of times while he was feeding them he
thought they really were Christ Himself and asked them His Grace and the
forgiveness of his sins. He treated them with great respect, as if he was
really and truly with the Lord. He usually talked about the holy charity and he
would have wished filling all mortals’ hearts with it[3].
“God is mercy and love, my children… but for those who
ask for the forgiveness of their guilt” Our Lady says, which means that God always forgives those who ask for
the forgiveness of their guilt but He requires a humble attitude in the sinner.
Forgiving when the sinner does not ask God for forgiveness is unfair and it
would not be good for that soul because he would not receive the grace. God is
always with open arms to receive the sinner, as the Father in the parable of
the Prodigal Son; He waits everyday for his child to come back and hold him in
forgiveness: “So he left the place and went back to his father. 'While he was still a long way off, his father saw him and
was moved with pity. He ran to the boy, clasped him in his arms and kissed him.
Then his son said, "Father, I have sinned against Heaven and against you. I no longer deserve to be called
your son."[4]
