BLESSING OF JUNE 3RD 2006. FIRST SATURDAY OF MONTH.

AT PRADO NUEVO OF EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)

OUR LADY:

    A very special blessing will be given today: every rosary will be touched by my virginal hands, and they will be for the day of darkness.

            Raise all your objects... all have been blessed.
            I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.

            As you can see, this message was received on the solemnity of the Immaculate Conception and it also talks about this Marian dogma.

            "The greatest title in the world, my child, my Creator  and my Lord  could give me was being Pure and Immaculate (...) I had also the privilege, after being Immaculate and Pure, of being the Mother of my Creator and My Lord" ( Our Lady)

            "After" seems to be an adverb of time, meaning "afterwards"; Mary was created Pure and Immaculate to be the Mother of God, when She accepts at the Annunciation. Therefore, all her privileges were given because of her divine maternity. These words are difficult to understand but Our Lady completed and explained them in a later message,

            "I told you before, my child, that the greatest privilege was...- humans, don't confuse my words- the greatest of all was being the Mother of God My Creator, but after being the Mother of God My Creator, the greatest gift God My Creator gave me was being Pure and Immaculate" ( September 7th 1985)

            Our Lady is the Virgin Mary, the full of grace, virtue and purity; likewise, She is the Immaculate, or the woman without any stain of sin, including the original sin, as the dogma proclaimed by the Blessed Pius IX in 1854 says.

            Let us go back to the message we are commenting this month,

            "My children, imitate my purity... the most important virtue is purity, my children. After this one, humbleness, poverty, and sacrifice, my children. I promise all those who believe in my purity and who trust in my Immaculate Heart I'll give them all the necessary graces to get to the Kingdom of Heaven" (Our Lady)

            "The most important virtue is purity..." She does not say "the greatest and most sublime". However, it is the most important one because it is the root of many other virtues; on the contrary, impurity is not the greatest of all sins but it is the root and source of many other sins. It is a common saying in the ascetic life that "God punishes the proud with the humiliation of impurity".

            Saint Gregory Magnus explains it this way, "(Lust causes) blindness of spirit, thoughtlessness, impulsiveness, inconstancy, selfishness, hatred for God, attachment to this world, dislike for the future world" (1) .

            "...I promise you that my Immaculate Heart will save those who ask for the necessary grace; the same as I promised Russia would convert, Russia will convert" (Our Lady)

            In Prado Nuevo's messages, Our Lady often shows herself as the Immaculate Heart; this time, She promises the salvation of all those who ask for the grace they need to save themselves. Eternal salvation is a gift of God, but it requires our collaboration; that is to say, a soul can accept or reject the eternal salvation God offers him. Indeed, Saint Augustine said, "the one who created without you will not save you without you" (2) .

            The Blessed Virgin in Fatima promised the conversion of Russia if the Pope and all the bishops consecrated that nation to her Immaculate Heart. John Paul II together with all the bishops of the Catholic Church consecrated the world, although he did not specify "Russia"; nevertheless, the day before, Our Lady had confirmed the consecration in Prado Nuevo, "The Vicar of Christ, my beloved son, my child, this man has consecrated the terrestrial globe, my daughter; now humans must take those graces..." (March 24th 1984).

            "Spread my messages everywhere on Earth. Listen to me, my children the time is coming, my children. I want to save you all" (Our Lady)

            Prado Nuevo's messages were published in books at the beginning; then, in papers till the end of them on May 4th 2002. From Spain, they have been sent to different places around the world; nowadays, they have been translated, partly or wholly, into the most important languages, specially Portuguese and French (most of the foreign pilgrims speak them), as well as  into English, German and Italian; besides, there are several websites (3) where you can read the messages and look for information and pictures of Prado Nuevo.

            The content of the messages of El Escorial is in line with the Sacred Scriptures and the Tradition; there are 376 messages that talk about the main truths of the Catholic faith in a simple but deep way; they also include references to the Bible, especially the Gospel, the Letters of Saint Paul and other books of the New Testament and the Old Testament. Prophecies are also important and, although some have not been fulfilled yet, others have already happened; for example, Our Lady said on May 14th 1984, "I have told you that not all love my Heart. And if I don't show myself in this place I'll show myself elsewhere, my daughter. However, this is a sacred place because my feet have stepped on this place. You should consider the fact that in other occasions they tried to stop people from going to go to my manifestations but they didn't succeed, my child, because if it's not inside, it'll be outside, but I'll keep on appearing". She had announced what was going to happen several years later during the persecution of the council of El Escorial (at the beginning of the 90s) which forbade the entrance to Prado Nuevo (consequently, people could not come near the ash tree of the apparitions). Nevertheless, She had said, " if it's not inside, it'll be outside, but I'll keep on appearing" and we had to use "Nuevo Prado", a property close to the other, in front of the building " Ave María", were Our Lady kept on blessing those pilgrims who went to El Escorial.

            Other messages referring to this prophecy are: July 29th 1984; September 4th 1999; January 1st 1994.
