COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES
"I wish, my daughter you would keep vigil to
repair so many sins committed these days, my daughter, by the
young"
It is the first time in Prado Nuevo's messages that Our Lady asks for
vigils or times for prayer, especially at night although it will not be the
last. What is the reason for these nocturnal vigils? Undoubtedly, they seek to
compensate for so many Jesus's sins committed during those same hours; this kind
of prayer eases and Mary's Hearts that are greatly offended. That is why the
Virgin will say on August 15th1983, "I
ask you to keep on vigils, they please me so much, my children!" and She
would say later "Keep on vigils, they
please me so much, my children…" (

There are different prayers to repair offences before the Holy Sacrament
although we only include one of them which may be useful for our
readers
Act of Reparation before the Holy
Sacrament
Lord Jesus,
we kneel down before you, we grant your real presence in the Holy sacrament. We
thank you infinitely for staying with us and the faith you have given
us.
We feel a deep sorrow when so many people, redeemed by you, forget you
and offend you; you are alone in so many sacrariums and not invited to so many
homes…
We, repented of our sins, as much as we are able, want to accompany you
for those who abandon you, and commit our lives to you as an offering and
reparation to your Heart, full of love for us.
Holy Mary, Our Mother, we trust in your Immaculate Heart. It will give us
the graces we need to persevere in faith, encourage us by hope and live charity
to satisfy for our sins and for the salvation of the world.
Amen.

Jesus Christ, we ask Your Heart to give graces
in abundance to those who need them most and not to let us abandon you but,
learning from Your Heart, resemble you in our feelings and
thoughts.
Unfortunately, the young are those who mainly go out at night and they
come back home very late; they are among thousands of dangers threatening their
bodies (alcohol, drugs…) and, especially, their souls. They and the dangers
surrounding them are some of the great concerns of the Lord and the Virgin
expressed in the messages; they refer to the disorder of their lives but, at the
same time, they hopefully invite them to change. Some of these references to the young are the
following: "I want a way in this work for
the young, so that they can devote themselves in body and soul to this great
Work(…) with deep prayer, spirit of sacrifice and penance" ( Our Lady,
5-9-1987); "I wish the young would learn
the Gospel as it is and you would go from town to town teaching men the truth
and Jesus Christ's Word" ( Our Lady, 3-2-1990); " I will put in your way souls who will pull
your Work through, my child. Can you not see so many young people who have left
everything aside to devote themselves to this Work, yours and mine?"
(4-8-1990)
It is worth taking into account this aspect of the message for the
current young will be the future adult and he will run the history of the world
socially, economically, politically…and, of course, religiously. How much Pope
John Paul II loved the young! He always talked to them with a loving and
demanding message. His successor in Peter's Chair, Benedict XVI, has
enthusiastically spoken to them several times; indeed, a few months ago he
encouraged them to" build their lives on Jesus Christ, receiving joyfully the
word and practicing the doctrine: this, young of the third millennium, should be
your programme! (…) and, if Jesus calls you, do not be afraid of following him
with generosity, especially if He proposes you to follow him in a consecrated or
sacerdotal life. Do not be afraid; trust in him and you will not get
disappointed"[1]
