COMMENTARY UPON MESSAGES
August 6th , 1982
This is a message of great interest; we will comment follow some of its fragments .
According to the booklet ¿ Continúa Dios manifestándose a los hombres?(nº 2) it took place in 1983, a year later; however, to mend this mistake and verify the correct date we have seeked information from the witnesses of that ecstasy as well as from a private edition of the narration of the events ( ¿ El dedo de Dios?), prepared by Luz Amparo’s spiritual director, father Alfonso Marìa López Sendín. Both sources set 1982 as the correct year.
“ Yes, my daughter, you’re going to suffer a lot. Pray for consecrated souls. The Demon takes posession of a lot of souls and introduces them in those convents. My daughter, convents that still imitate Crist’s life with a life of sacrifice, love, charity, faith, purity; the Demon wants to destroy them. They must keep guard on those who get in those convents” ( Our Lady).
Our Lady of La Salette had already said this to Melany and Maximine, “ Those who lead religious communities must keep guard on those persons they are going to accept because the Demon will use all his malice to introduce persons devoted to sin in religious orders” (September 19th, 1846) (2). As you can see, this coincides with Prado Nuevo’s message.
There is a clear danger in this matter; the shortage of vocations lead to admit candidates more easily without discerning properly their suitability. Consequently, the atmosphere of moral distortion -especially among the youth- gets to convents and religious houses by the hand of possible vocations that introduce the germ of evil with wordly habits and views which oppose the Gospel.
“ My Son firstly sent to the human race his angels as messengers; and then, He has sent his Mother as messenger to choose low and humble instruments to communicate it to the human race” ( Our Lady).
Angels, to whom the commentary of June was dedicated, are messengers of Heaven; in fact, Saint Thomas of Aquina points out in his Summa Theologica, “ Angel means messenger, and that is why all celestial spirits are called angels for they manifest y, is to sdivine matters” (3) .
Our Lady is also a messenger, especially nowadays, when God has given her a basic role to remind Humankind 0f the Gospel, warn against the threatening dangers and tell the appropriate remedies. She does it by means of “low and humble instruments”; tha the souls - like Luz Amparo- She chooses to communicate Her messages.
“We’re in the end of the ends, in the end of times, my daughter, and there are not souls to be apostles of the last times” ( Our Lady).
The apostles of the last times are mentioned in Prado Nuevo’s messages several times; likewise, Saint Louis Mary Grignion of Montfort outlines the characteristics of those apostles in his excellent booklet Tratado de la verdadera devoción a la Santísima Virgen where he states (nº 59), “ Finally, we know they will be true disciples of Jesus Christ. They will walk on the tracks of His poverty, humbleness, contempt for wordly matters and evangelical charity. They will teach the pure truth according to the Holy Gospel, not to human codes (...). They will carry the two-edged sword of God’s Word in their mouths, on their shoulders the bloody banner of the Cross, in their right hand the crucifix, the rosary in their left one, the sacred names of Jesus and Mary in their hearts, and in their behaviour the modesty and sacrifice of Jesus Christ”.
From this moment on, Luz Amparo describes with the help of Our Lady the images that show the mystery of the Trinity she is contemplating: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. After listening Luz Amparo’s description, some theologians have said there is not any other best explanation through images of this mystery. She told her spiritual father, father Alfonso María López Sendín ( ¿El dedo de Dios?, private edition ), the details of this scene; they can also be found with some variants in the work of a French journalist indicated below. (4)
On her right, Luz Amparo sees Moses on high and Elias with long and white beard and hair.Above, on her right too, Our Lady stands in white, without her cloak, blue sash with roses and below a pink stripe; her countenance is extremely pretty and her hair is long and extraordinary beautiful. On her left, there are three Apostles: Peter, James and John . In front of her, a great and glorious light from whose beams form with a human figure of great dimentions who is saturatedthat light. She can guess mysterously at that moment the features of God the Father, with a long beard, grown white hair, like the snow; “ his face – Luz Amparo describes- seemed to me Our Lord’s, Jesus’ (...) It was so intense that it seemed to me my face and eyes were burning. Then- she adds-it started to enlarge, as if it went out of itself a person who, when this process was over, was the figure of our Lord with his unmistakable expression. Then (...) I saw how other shorter beams went out from the centre and formed a figure like a dove, but it was not a dove, it had its aspect or something similar to it. All that went out from his chest, from insid. Then, I saw how the winged figure placed itself a little bit under Our Lord, in the middle of the great figure”.
According to the book mentioned above, ¿ El dedo de Dios?, although He is younger, the human figure that comes from the other’s chest and is identified as God the Son resembled the first one ( God the Father);and the sparks of light that drew a bright dove ( God the Holy ghost) started to go out from those two. To finish with, I suggest you read the message to know more details of this beautiful vision.
(1) Now thatFamily , basic cell of society, is being attacked so impudently, specially in Spain, Our Lord through his Blessed Mother gives us this protective blessing for families.
