BLESSING OF
AT PRADO NUEVO OF EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)
Raise all your objects; all will be blessed
for the Day of Darkness…
I bless you, my children, as the Father
blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.
MESSAGE OF 30th OF APRIL 1983
OUR LADY:
My
child, I'm going to be straight, my child… (She
speaks in an unknown language for a while).
Only
you can understand it. What can you see? Tell them what you can see…
LUZ AMPARO:
(She cries while she
describes what she sees)
I
can see a mountain collapsing; everything is fire. Ah! There're a few people on
this side, just a few…Ay! Where are you taking them? Where are you taking them?
Ay, ay, ay! Everything is collapsing, everything! Take those on this side to
the other side, take them, take them. Ay, don't take them there, not there.
Ay…! That mark… so many have that mark! Ay…! What is that place? Ay! They can't
go out from there. Ay! My God! Ay! Mother! Mother! This can't be true! Ay! So
many are dead! All dead! All dead! Ay! They are all dead! Ay! And these? What
happens to them? Ay…!
THE VIRGIN:
My
child, these are in grace and they won't be affected at all. This will be
horrible if you aren't in grace.
AMPARO:
Ay,
ay, ay…this is terrible! Ay..! (several
times)
THE VIRGIN:
Sacrifice,
my children, sacrifice…pray for poor sinners… an unintelligible word) here, my children, those who get to the
damned land, everything is here, my children. Love your neighbour, but don't be
Pharisees, don't be whitewashed tombs, my children; you heart should consume,
my children, with love for your neighbour. Don't attach to worldly matters.
This horrible moment may happen soon. My children, if you don't love your neighbour,
you don't love my Son. If you become attached to earthly matters, you will
hardly get into the
Kiss
the ground, my child… for poor sinners, my child.
I
wish, my child, I say it again, a third part of Humankind were saved. They are
a few, my child, those want to be saved!
Ask
my Immaculate Heart graces because I'll give them to those who ask me. My
child, offer you as a victim to make amends for the world's sins. Don't be
ungrateful, my children.
Keep
on saying the Rosary and offer it, my children, for the conversion of poor
sinners. You, my child, must be humble. I ask you, my children, to pray for the
vicar of Christ; he's still in a great danger, my child.
You
aren't going to drink the Chalice of Sorrow because it's almost over, my child,
and when it's over, it will be horrible what will happen to Humankind. It'll be
worse than forty earthquakes at the same time. Prayer; with prayer and
sacrifice and sacrifice you will be saved, my children.
Write
another name in the Book of Life, my child…
My
child, lots of souls are being purified.
Look at my Heart so full of thorns for consecrated souls. Take three away, my
child…pull them, my child… don't touch it, my child, lots of souls are being
purified.
I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses
you, in the name of the Son and with the Holy Spirit.
Be
humble, my child, humbleness is the most important thing.
I
keep on warning you, my children, because I want you to be saved, listen to my
warnings
Goodbye.
COMMENTARY UPON THE
MESSAGES
Firstly, Luz Amparo describes what seems to be
a time of tribulation Humankind will endure in the future.
Then,
the Virgin invites us to practice charity and detach from earthly matters. She
reminds us of the first of the Beautitudes explaining what the evangelical
poverty is; She highlights the double dimension of charity: to God and our
neighbour. She also says that it is essential to get to Heaven. Some biblical
references related to this message are included in the footnotes; indeed, there
are lots of quotations connecting the messages to the Sacred Scriptures:
"Love your neighbour, but don't be
Pharisees, don't be whitewashed tombs[1],
my children; you heart should consume, my children, with love for your
neighbour. Don't attach to worldly matters. This horrible moment may happen
soon. My children, if you don't love your neighbour, you don't love my Son[2].
If you become attached to earthly matters, you will hardly get into the Kingdom
of Heaven, Fortunate are those who
have the spirit of the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven[3],
and fortunate are those who were rewarded with goods and were able to share
them with the poor. If you have two tunics, take one, my child, and give the other
to your brethren who needs it more than you[4];
but love your neighbour; if you don't love your neighbour, you don't love God[5].
I'm talking, my children, about charity. This virtue is essential to get to
Heaven[6]."
Then,
She insists: "So many souls are condemned
because nobody, my children, nobody said a prayer for them! Yes, my child,
sacrifice is very important, together with humbleness and charity."
(Our Lady)
Our
Lady of Fatima, clothed in white, also told the three shepherds, Lucia,
Francisco and Jacinta (the last two have already been beatified): " pray,
pray a lot and make lots of sacrifices for sinners because lots of souls go to
Hell because nobody sacrificed and prayed for them" ( 19- 8- 1917) These
words make us think of the sad reality of those souls who can get lost
eternally if they reject God. Moreover, the Pope Pius XII says in his apostolic
letter Mystici Corporis: "This is a deep mystery, and an inexhaustible subject
of meditation, that the salvation of many depends on the prayers and voluntary
penances which the members of the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ offer for this
intention and on the cooperation of pastors of souls and of the faithful,
especially of fathers and mothers of families, a cooperation which they must
offer to our Divine Savior as though they were His associates." ( n.44)
In some of the messages received by Luz Amparo
Charity and humbleness appear together. Humbleness is the basis of charity
because only those who know their lowliness look for the treasures of God, who
is Love and builds the house of spiritual life on stone.
In
the message of August 15th 1986, solemnity of the Assumption of the Virgin
Mary, Luz Amparo saw Our Lady in one of the moments before her departure to
Heaven; similarly to what Amparo describes, She encourages the apostles to
persevere in the practice of these two primary virtues in priestly and
Christian life: " I also say:
persevere in charity and persevere in humbleness" (August 15th 1986).
Saint
Ambrose pointed out: "these two virtues, in other words, humbleness and
charity, cannot be separated; indeed, if you achieve one of them, you will
necessarily own the other because humbleness is a part of charity and charity
is a part of humbleness"[7].
Theophanes the Recluse refers to another interesting relationship: "You
say you are not humble or charitable. While these virtues are absent,
everything spiritual is absent too for the spirit is born when they are born
and it grows when they grow. They are for the soul what flesh is for the body.
Humbleness is acquired by acts of humbleness, charity by acts of charity"[8].
Likewise,
Benedict XVI said both virtues were necessary for priests calling attention to
the fact that their lives require "a serious commitment of personal
sanctification and practice of virtues, especially humbleness and charity"[9]
In
another paragraph, The Virgin asks: "Keep
on saying the Rosary and offer it, my children, for the conversion of poor
sinners. You, my child, must be humble. I ask you, my children, to pray for the
Vicar of Christ; he's still in a great danger, my child."
Several
messages say the Vicar of Christ is in a "great danger". On April 2nd 2005, the Pope John Paul II” passed from this
temporary life to the everlasting one; among the amount of news released because
of his death, we were reminded of the more than twenty frustrated plans to put
an end to his life. Moreover, these may have been more, and perhaps they will
never be known; the others, starting by the attempt on his life of Ali Agca,
show John Paul II as probably the most threatened Pope in the History of the
Church. Our Lord and Our Lady knew so well the danger in which he was![10]
