BLESSING OF JUNE 1ST. FIRST SATURDAY OF
MONTH.
AT PRADO NUEVO. EL ESCORIAL (MADRID)
THE BLESSED VIRGIN
Once more, my daughter, I come to bless all of men; it is a special blessing for your homes, the protection of your children and against Satan’s cunnings.
Raise your objects. I bless you, my children, as the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit. All your objects have been blessed with special blessings for your homes and the protection of your children.
COMMENTARY
"There will not be more messages, but there will be very special blessings and marks which will be signed on foreheads" These words are taken from the message of the first Saturday of May (May 4th, 2002), and they will be an important point of reference in the history of the generally called "Apparitions of El Escorial".
For more than twenty years, the Lord and His Blessed Mother have been giving us messages every month at Prado Nuevo, wich have made us reflect upon Eternity. While we listened to them, or after we read them, we felt the words of God’s Justice as well as those impregnated with His infinite Mercy; His exhortations, prophetic warnings, consoling promises, corrections, laments of sorrow from the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary... Continously, the different Truths of our Faith have been repeated and, as a special grace, people and objects have received a dew of blessings: for poor sinners, for the days of darkness, special blessings... In order to be engraved on our hearts, for ever we have been repeated words and ideas such as prayer, sacrifice, charity, love for the Eucharist, the sacramental Confession, love for the Holy Father and obedience to Him, calls for conversion, warnings to priests, monks and nuns, laics, etc (see as an example the warning sent out the last month of April to the different groups of souls belonging to the Church and which already seemed a farewell) .And now, the first Saturday of May 2002, the announcement of the end of messages has come
Reactions due to this event have been different. For the majority of people it was a surprise, because it was unexpected, although everybody knows it should happen someday, and it had been sufficiently announced.Anyway, that the way God’s will! Even some people shed tears when they knew it; messages have been so much loved and desired by pilgrims every month! All of them ask: what is going to happen from now on? Thank God, in spite of being like longed rain, messages are not the end of the impressive reality and strength of Prado Nuevo; besides, they last forever. Clearly, there is before us a new phase to analysed by only as time goes on; however, we must wait patiently for the development of events. Luz Amparo, for her part, keeps on praying the rosary on first Saturdays expecting marks and benedictions which have already been received this last first Saturday of June. Anyway. There remain a lot of work to do and hopeful expectations indeed. the spirituality flown from these private revelations is rich and solid. Last May The Lord pointed out the first step: "Reflect upon the messages..." there is enough material to review and to go deeply into, which will be offered to pilgrims from now on.
Obviously, the Lord knows what He does, and this new stage seems interesting and fruitful; we hope so. Let’s open our hearts to the action of God. Finally, some texts taken from messages are written down below, in which, under the perspective of God for whom everything is present, the end of them was announced at different times along these years and May them serve as a reminder for History:
"My messages have an end, but my visions will not end, my children" (The Blessed Virgin, July 14th,1984).
"I will not stop blessing you at this place, even though my messages end" (The Blessed Virgin July 2nd,1988)
"My messages will end, but my benediction and my word of love will remain at this place" (The Blessed Virgin, January 4th,1992)
"My words become shorter because, my children, I have reminded you everything" (The Blessed Virgin, November 1st,1997)
"I promise you not to disappear from this place. My words will end, but my presence will remain" (The Lord, January 2nd, 1999).
