THE BLESSED VIRGIN:

My daughter, I am going to give you an especial blessing for the day of darkness and for dying people.

Raise all your objects; all will be blessed for the day of darkness and for dying people.

I bless you as the Father blesses you, through the Son and with the Holy Spirit.

COMMENTATY UPON MESSAGES

November 13th, 1981

(Continuation)

In the last part of the message, Our Blessed Virgin speaks to Luz Amparo; She comforts her with Her presence and encourages her to remove every shadow of doubt about her apparitions (We should remember that this message took place at the beginning of these private apparitions): "My daughter, my daughter, here you have me, my daughter, how was I- your Holy Mother- not going to come? Do not doubt that I will appear again, my daughter, you will go on seeing me".

God teaches as a good pedagogue- the best of all- and He adapts himself to man’s capabilities; He can wait, He waits for suitable times, and He acts wisely upon souls in order to take the best fruit from each one. He has been polishing Luz Amparo with the chisel of suffering while He was teaching her patiently; his sanctifying and saving action has found a docile instrument in her.

In this message, Our Lady reminds her of the extraordinary grace She has just given her: contemplating her mother, who died when Luz Amparo was sixteen months old, in a celestial vision. " I am your Mother, you must be happy, my daughter, because I have given you the prize of seeing your earthy mother; she is glorious in Heaven, thanks to your prayers".

In the following lines, She talks about humbleness as a main virtue, and She asks it of her and all of us: " Yes, my daughter, keep on acting humbly, keep on obeying, and that glorious day will come and you will be with her, my daughter (…); all those around you must be humble too (…); tell them to humble themselves because only humble souls can please me, my daughter. All souls must be humble, all of them need to be humble, if they want their deeds please me". Since She frequently emphasizes this virtue, we have taken some of the many quotations found in Prado Nuevo’s messages:

Humbleness is being aware of our position before God and men, it is controlling our wishes of conceit and searching the glory of God and the eternal glory or happiness. Our current Pope defines it as the " refusal of appearances and superficiality; it is the expression of the depth of human’s spirit; it is condition of his greatness"1. In fact, human being is dignified when he bows to God’s will and he is able to serve his neighbour. In this sense, the following words taken from the Gospel have a permanent value: " everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted" (Lk 18,14).

At the end of this message we are commenting on, She tells her when She says goodbye to Luz Amparo: " Goodbye, my daughter, be humble up to your last moment". Let us ask God for humbleness; the Virgin, simple and humble, named herself "the handmaid of the Lord", and She will show us the path.
